Banana Raisin Cookie

It’s Tuesday, throwback time.

I’ve got a nice easy recipe for you.  Banana Raisin Cookie from Craftulate.  This was made solely by Sweet Butterfly and with Busy Bee in my arms.  I loved how this cookie could be made by a young Preschooler.  With a baby in my arms, non messy baking was a key.

The recipe was adapted slightly as we did not have any apple sauce and almond milk.  Instead, we used brown sugar and cow’s milk.  Here were the ingredients which we used.  For the full recipe, refer to  Craftulate.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup brown
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup raisins

As we did not used apply sauce, we added milk (slowly by tablespoons) so that the mixture is not dry.  Using a cookie tray helped.  We could made uniformly sized cookies.
